Tasting Note: Elegant and focused with intense aromas and flavours of fresh raspberry, red and black cherries, dark cocoa, sambuca, and a hint of toasty vanilla. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and mineral notes that are well-knit with the fruit and oak, leading to a long and bright finish.
Accolades: An absolutely gorgeous Cabernet. It flatters all the way through, from the flamboyantly ripe cassis, cherry, cocoa and anise flavors to the smooth tannins and long, spicy finish. So refined and rich, yet so elegant. Should age for at least the next 6–8 years.
